(1) According to this Act, the Immigration Officer after completing the investigation of the crime in the case of a foreigner and submitting a report to the Director General, on the basis of that report, the Director General shall regularize such foreigner with the approval of the Government of Nepal. (1a) The Director General may or may not issue a visa to a foreigner who has been punished for violating this Act or the rules made under this Act or the prevailing law, with the approval of the Government of Nepal. ……. may issue an expulsion order from.
